some listings were removed from tfl due to inactivity, so i've reapplied for them

by no means were these actually closed, i simply had no new members for them and forgot to manually update them within the appropriate timeframe

i'm unsure of how to edit the files to make it so that folks can choose only two options compared to three (originally it was the listing for the novel, the graphic novel, and the animated film.) so i'm hoping it will suffice to allow folks the option to say they're a fan of all three, but it will be explicitly stated that the listing is approved for just the novel and the graphic novel. for some reason, i can't find the graphic novel listed on tfl, even though i was never informed it was removed, hence it's also included with the other applications the leon fl was granted to someone else as well, so i edited it to reflect it's no longer tfl approved and to link to the approved one, available here:
