o2. you must apply with a valid country. this is an (anime)fanlistigs.org requirement.
o3. please submit a reasonable display name. a nicknames is fine; what i mean is while "tenshi" is a reasonable nickname, "~* tenshi no yami 666 *~" is getting into ridiculous territory.
o4. you do not need a website to join, but! if you are signing up with a website, please make sure a code is placed on it somewhere.
o5. you also do not need a valid email to join, but it would be useful in the (unlikely) event i would need to contact you for whatever reason. it would not be displayed.
